Materials:

  • Mini muffin pan
  • 24 mini muffin liners

Ingredients:

Instructions

  1. Line your mini muffin pan with the 24 mini muffin liners.
  2. Fill each liner about 1/3 of the way full with granola.
  3. Using a small spoon, pour Good Plants™ Strawberry almondmilk probiotic yogurt alternative over half (12) of the cups on top of the granola. Make sure to fill most of the way but not all the way, leaving room for the berries on top.
  4. Repeat with Good Plants™ Chocolate Coconut almondmilk probiotic yogurt alternative over the remaining (12) cups.
  5. Gently place 1-3 (depending on size) fresh berries on top of each of the yogurt cups.
  6. Freeze on a level surface until firm, for about 2-3 hours.
  7. To remove, tilt pan upside down at a 45 degree angle and tap firmly onto a clean kitchen towel. The Frozen Granola Cups should fall right out.
  8. Store in a zip lock freezer bag or plastic storage container until you’re ready to grab ‘em and go!
  9. To serve, remove from paper wrapper and allow to set at room temperature for 8-10 minutes or microwave for 10 seconds. Enjoy!

Notes

I used Strawberry and Chocolate Coconut, however, any of Good Plants™ flavors will work wonderfully in these Vegan Frozen Granola Bites!
