Cinnamon Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette

This deliciously creamy Cinnamon Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette is so easy to make and takes less than 5 minutes to whip up! Tangy, sweet, and packed with flavor, this dressing is perfect for salads, pastas, or even marinades! (gluten free & vegan)

  • 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons chopped thyme
  • 2 teaspoon chopped rosemary


  1. Combine all ingredients (except the fresh herbs) in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until the ingredients until emulsified and creamy.
  3. Pour the vinaigrette into a mason jar (or whatever container you are going to store/serve it in), add the fresh herbs and stir to combine.
  4. Refrigerate in an airtight container for 2-3 weeks or freeze.


  • To thaw frozen dressing, just place it on the counter at room temperature for 2-3 hours before serving. If needed you can microwave in 10 second intervals (stirring in-between) till just thawed.
