Chocolate Protein Energy Bites {No Bake!}

These no-bake Chocolate Protein Energy Bites are super easy to throw together and are packed with nutritional goodness! They make the perfect healthy snack for breakfast on the go, help boost your energy, and kick cravings to the curb!

Instructions

  1. Chop almonds and toast coconut in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a medium size mixing bowl and stir till combined.
  3. Add in chocolate chips and stir to incorporate.
  4. Roll into round bite size energy balls.
  5. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and refrigerate 30 minutes to set up.
  6. Store in an airtight container in either the fridge for firm energy bites or on the counter for softer energy bites. Enjoy for a great healthy snack!

Notes

*I like to use plant based protein powder in my energy bites, but this is totally optional. I use this Vega Protein and Greens, Vanilla Flavored.
